Terms and Conditions
• 50% retainer/deposit fee is required for booking, balance due 14 days before wedding, all payments are non-refundable, credit can be given for cancellation by pre-arrangement, all amounts due must be paid in full for services to be rendered. Any session not used before the wedding will be voided unless prearranged prior to the wedding.
• A 10% discount can be applied to additional reprint orders placed within 14 days of receiving previews.
• Reprint prices at time of booking are good for one year after wedding, and may be subject to change after that time.
• All packages and products are subject tocolorado sales tax. Until booking of services, prices are subject to change without notification.
• Orders for wedding album and prints in package must be placed within 90 days after wedding or a 20% surcharge on product value will apply.
• All negatives and digital images and copyright privileges remain the exclusive property of Michael Burrows/Ouray Photography, It is a violation of Federal Law to copy original prints produced by this studio.
